अपने इंटरव्‍यू में गौतम अडानी ने कहा कि स्वतंत्रता का मतलब यह है कि अगर सरकार ने कुछ गलत किया है, तो आप उसे गलत कहें. लेकिन आपको साहस होना चाहिए क‍ि जब सरकार हर दिन सही काम कर रही हो, तो यह भी दिखायें.

NewDelhi : गौतम अडानी और NDTV इन दिनों चरचा में है. वर्तमान में दुनिया के पांच अमीरों में शामिल गौतम अडानी ने समाचार चैनल एनडीटीवी (NDTV) को खरीदने को व्‍यावसाय‍िक अवसर (Business Opportunity) से ज्‍यादा दाय‍ित्‍व (Responsibility) करार दिया है. उन्‍होंने फाइनेंसियल टाइम्स (Financial Times) को दिये गये एक इंटरव्‍यू में कहा है कि वे नयी दिल्ली टेलीविजन लिमिटेड (एनडीटीवी) को खरीदने को व्यवसाय से अधिक जिम्मेदारी मानते हैं. अडानी ने यह भी कहा कि प्रणय रॉय इसके चेयरमैन बने रहें, उन्हें कोई परेशानी नहीं है.

जब सरकार सही काम कर रही हो, तो यह भी दिखायें

अपने इंटरव्‍यू में गौतम अडानी ने कहा कि स्वतंत्रता का मतलब यह है कि अगर सरकार ने कुछ गलत किया है, तो आप उसे गलत कहें. लेकिन आपको साहस होना चाहिए क‍ि जब सरकार हर दिन सही काम कर रही हो, तो यह भी दिखायें. श्री अडानी ने यह भी कहा क‍ि उनकी ओर से एनडीटीवी के मालिक और संस्थापक प्रणय रॉय को अधिग्रहण पूरा होने के बाद भी प्रमुख बने रहने का ऑफर है.

मूल्य का दायरा 294 रुपये प्रति शेयर तय किया है

जान लें कि गौतम अडानी ने अगस्त के अंत में एनडीटीवी में हिस्सेदारी हासिल करने की योजना का खुलासा किया था. परोक्ष रूप से 29 फीसदी ह‍िस्सा हस्तगत कर लिया था. अडानी समूह ने NDTV में बाजार से अतिरिक्त 26 प्रतिशत हिस्सेदारी हासिल करने के लिए मंगलवार से खुली पेशकश शुरू की है. अडानी समूह की ओर से इसका प्रबंधन करने वाली जेएम फाइनेंशियल (JM Financial) ने एक नोटिस में कहा था कि ओपन ऑफर 22 नवंबर को खुलेगा और पांच दिसंबर को बंद हो जायेगा. कंपनी ने अपनी खुली पेशकश के लिए मूल्य का दायरा 294 रुपये प्रति शेयर तय किया है.

प्रणय रॉय और राधिका रॉय ने 1988 में एनडीटीवी शुरू किया था

जानकारी के अनुसार प्रणय रॉय और उनकी पत्नी राधिका रॉय ने 1988 में एनडीटीवी आपको बिटकॉइन खरीदना चाहिए या नहीं शुरू किया था. जब अडानी समूह ने एनडीटीवी को खरीदने का प्रस्ताव रखा था, तो एनडीटीवी ने कहा था कि अडानी ग्रुप द्वारा यह फैसला एनडीटीवी के संस्थापकों से बिना बातचीत या बिनी सहमति के लिया गया है.

इसमें वॉल्यूम कम होने की वजह से ट्रेडिंग की सलाह नहीं दी जा सकती है। फिर भी ट्रेड चाहते हैं तो 44500 रुपये का स्टॉप लॉस लगाना चाहिए (पोजिशनल, इंट्राडे नहीं)।

इस स्‍कीम में कम से कम 12000 रुपये सालाना पेंशन की गारंटी होती है. ये पेंशन इंवेस्‍टर को जिदंगी भर यानी मृत्यु तक मिलती रहेगी. अगर आप हर माह 20 हजार रुपये की पेंशन प्राप्‍त करना चाहते हैं तो आपको एक बार में 40 लाख 72 हजार रुपये का निवेश करना होगा.
